DELIVERY METHODS:
Almost all orders are shipped within one or two business days, unless the items you ordered are back-ordered. The delivery time after it leaves our office depends on the delivery method you select. All delivery methods available for your order are displayed when you click the drop-down list on our checkout page. Here is some information to help you select the one that’s right for you.

* US Postal Service – A great value and usually delivered within one week, this option is available only for very light weight orders weighing less than 2 pounds and does not provide any tracking information. We ship Express, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail. Delivery times are only guaranteed for Express Mail. There are only tracking numbers for Express Mail and not for Parcel Post nor Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are emailed to you the day your order ships. You can enter the tracking number at usps.com, but with this method the tracking number does not provide any tracking information because the package is not scanned at any distribution facilities.

* FedEx Express – FedEx Express provides express delivery with guaranteed delivery times within 1, 2, or 3 business days and excellent tracking information. Tracking numbers are emailed to you the day your order ships. You can get the current status of your delivery and the estimated delivery date by entering your tracking number at fedex.com. If your package is not delivered by the date guaranteed, all shipping costs will be refunded to you. All FedEx Express orders placed before noon on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM MST will be shipped the next business day. For security reasons, FedEx Express orders will not be shipped without a valid phone number and email address. We will call the number provided to verify your order information before your order ships. If you know you will not be available to receive our call, then please call our customer service department to provide them with a number and time for us to call.

* United Parcel Service (UPS) – FedEx Express provides express delivery with guaranteed delivery times within 1, 2, or 3 business days and excellent tracking information. Tracking numbers are emailed to you the day your order ships. You can get the current status of your delivery and the estimated delivery date by entering your tracking number at fedex.com. If your package is not delivered by the date guaranteed, all shipping costs will be refunded to you. All FedEx Express orders placed before noon on a business day will be shipped the same day. SHIPPING COSTS AND WEIGHTS:
Our website shopping cart calculates your shipping cost when you go to checkout. All available options will be presented. Costs are based on the total weight of your order and your destination. Shipping costs already include the basic shipping rate plus all fuel surcharges, delivery charges, insurance charges and handling charges. We use dimensional weight because our carriers, such as FedEx, use it to calculate the shipping costs. Dimensional weight is based on the following formula: (Length x Width x Height) divided by 194. Dimensional weight is used only for items which are larger in size but lighter in weight. Typically this applies to speakers and other large items. As a result, the weight shown on our website shopping cart for those items is often larger than the actual weight.

BACK-ORDERS:
We work hard to keep all items in stock but sometimes items are on back-order. If part of your order is back-ordered and other items from your order are available, we will process your order to ship the available items immediately. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available. We do not charge extra shipping costs for splitting USA domestic orders into two shipments.

DELIVERY METHODS:
For orders under 5 pounds, we offer delivery by either the US Postal Service or FedEx. For orders over 5 pounds, we offer only United Parcel Service because they are the cheaper, faster, and have better tracking capability than the US Postal Service. Express shipping for overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping. Please note that FedEx Express orders received after 2:00 PM MST will ship out the next business day.

SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBERS:
Your shipment tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order ships. All shipment tracking numbers are also available on our website by following these steps:
1. Click the My Account tab at the top of this page.
2. Log into your TTVJ account using your email address and password you created.
3. After logging in, click the ‘Order Status’ link, which will appear in the right column under ‘Services’.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to view a list of all orders placed with us.
5. If your order has been shipped, click the invoice link, which will appears next to the order.
5. Your tracking number will appear under the notes section of your invoice.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All shipments are guaranteed to be delivered in new condition (except for items explicitly marked as used). Shipments are insured so in case your order gets lost or damaged in transit, we will ship you a replacement right away at no added cost.

Shipping Outside the United States
DELIVERY METHOD:
All international orders (shipping to anywhere outside the United States) ship by the US Postal Service. We offer two options for delivery methods, either USPS Airborne Parcel or USPS Global Express. With USPS Airborne Parcels, orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks, whereas USPS Global Express orders are usually delivered within 1 week. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING TIME:
For international orders over $200.00, we require verbal contact before we can release your order to ship. We will call you at the phone number you provided to us on your order to verify that you placed the order. Almost all international orders leave our warehouse within one or two business days from the time we get your verbal approval by telephone. Delivery times vary depending on the method you select (see delivery methods below).

BACK-ORDERS:
We work hard to keep all items in stock but sometimes items are on back-order. If part of your order is back-ordered and other items from your order are available, we will hold your order until all items are available to ship. If you want us to split your order into two shipments, additional shipping charges will be added to your order. Please contact our customer service department to notify them if you want to split your order.

For International orders, the tracking number provides delivery confirmation only. It does not provide estimated delivery dates and does not provide current status or location of the package while in transit.
